教 會 生 活

我們是一個為香港人而設立的教會，歡迎所有流散的香港人來與我們一同敬拜上帝，學習跟從上帝。我們剛於2021年5月2日開始首次聚會，以廣東話崇拜，參加者大部份是2021年才到達蘇格蘭、英格蘭的香港人。

我們將會專注於學習聖經，跟從主耶穌基督；既經歷過2019年的香港，我們決不再在信仰上敷衍了事，不作離地基督徒，我們願意具體地實踐信仰，行公義好憐憫，講真話，拒絕謊言。

我們是金巴崙長老會的其中一員，金巴崙長老會於1810年2月4日出現於美國的田納西州，現時在美國以外，在巴西、哥倫比亞、日本、韓國、菲律賓、香港、柬埔寨均有金巴崙長老會的教會。

We are established by and for Hong Kong immigrants, and we welcome everyone from Hong Kong to worship and to follow God with us.  We have our first Cantonese Sunday Service on the 2nd of May, 2021.  Our congregation consists of mainly new immigrants from Hong Kong since 2021.

We focused ourselves on studying the bible, so as to follow the steps of Jesus Christ.  After the year of 2019 in Hong Kong, we decided to be devoted, and to show our faith through our daily life, to do justly and to love mercy, to speak to truth and reject every lie. 

We are a member of the Cumberland Presbyterian Church.   The Cumberland Presbyterian Church was started in 1810, in Tennessee of the United States.  Cumberland Presbyterian congregations are located throughout the United States as well as in several other countries (Japan, Hong Kong, Colombia, etc.) but are primarily located in the American South, with strong concentrations in Tennessee, Kentucky, Alabama, Missouri, southern Illinois, Arkansas, and Texas.

我信上帝，全能的父，創造天地的主。 我信我主耶穌基督，上帝的獨生子，因聖靈感孕，由童貞女馬利亞所生，在本 丟彼拉多手下受難，被釘十字架，受死，埋葬，降在陰間，第三天從死人中復活，升天， 坐在全能父上帝的右邊，將來必從那裡降臨，審判活人死人。 我信聖靈。我信聖而公之教會。我信聖徒相通。我信罪得赦免。我信身體復活。 我信永生。 阿們。

The Apostle Creed

I believe in God the Father Almighty, maker of heaven and earth, and in Jesus Christ, His only Son, our Lord, who was conceived by the Holy Spirit; born of the Virgin Mary; suffered under Pontius Pilate; was crucified, dead and buried. He descended into hell. The third day, He rose again from the dead. He ascended into heaven, and sits at the right hand of God the Father of Almighty; from thence He shall come to judge the quick and the dead. I believe in the Holy Spirit; the Holy catholic Church; the communion of saints; the forgiveness of sins; the resurrection of the dead; and life everlasting. 


1. 耶穌基督正是福音的本身 (Jesus Christ is the Gospel Himself)

耶穌基督是彌賽亞君王，是福音的根源（可一1）。這福音關乎上帝的國度臨格，戰勝罪惡不義的黑暗權勢，從而改變世界的一切。因此，福音不純粹關乎個人死後的靈魂得救，它更關乎上帝國的降臨，除滅世界的黑暗，扭轉邪惡的權勢；同時，這福音也展現對現世生命的關愛、醫治與守護，牽涉人類生命的政治解放與社會關懷，是具體的、行動的、整全的。

2. 唯獨耶穌基督是教會群體的主 (Only Jesus Christ is the Lord of the Church)

教會是基督的身體，連於元首基督，是那充滿萬有者所充滿的（弗一23）。因此教會最終只順服和效忠天國的君王–彌賽亞，而不是地上任何政治經濟的執政及掌權者。教會也不應依靠世上任何權勢而存活，更不應被其支配主宰；當以史為鑒，棄絕一切偶像，尤其在以經濟發展大於一切的社會。謹記並活現耶穌的教導：「不能又事奉上帝，又事奉瑪門。」以及十誡的首訓：「除了我以外，不可有別的上帝。」認定除主基督以外，別無拯救。

3. 教會是傳揚福音的見證群體 (The Church was created for Mission and as the Witness in the World)

教會作為耶穌基督奧祕的身體，在地上成為耶穌基督現世的真實見證（太五13-16）。因此，教會不應貪求自己的內部發展，貪圖穩定、安逸與富足。作為跟隨基督的群體，教會學效耶穌基督的榜樣，與貧窮人在一起，與受壓迫者同行，向困苦者施予援手，無懼邪惡權勢的苦害和十字架，以行動跟隨耶穌基督的榜樣。

4. 教會為真理的柱石和根基，拒絕謊言、堅守真理 (The Church is the Pillar and Ground of the Truth, Reject all lies)

面對扭曲真相、操控媒體、埋沒真理的極權政治，教會拒絕一切的謊言，勇敢地指出政權的不是。雖然教會自己不是真理本身，但她憑着無僞的良心，堅持耶穌基督的聖道，隨時聆聽聖靈的聲音，謙卑地不斷更新自己，辨別真相、活出真理（提前三15）。

5. 靈性與行動不可分割 (Spirituality and Actions are Inseparable)

主基督說：「這些事你們既做在我這弟兄中一個最小的身上，就是做在我身上了。」（太廿五40）教會與耶穌基督的關係建基於跟隨基督的行動。因此，教會的靈性與行動從不分割。教會的禱告與行動結合：行動是禱告的實踐，禱告是行動的基礎。教會的禱告與行動從不停止（帖前五17）。

6. 教會在黑暗的時代中作光明之子 （The Church is the Children of Light in the Days of Darkness)

聖經說：「黑夜已深，白晝將近。」（羅十三12）教會在世上存在的目的，正是在這黑暗與白晝之間作生命的見證：在絕望之處播下盼望、在不義的社會維護公義、在仇恨之中散播關愛、在虛謊之中尋求真理、在傷痛之處包紮醫治、在暴力的世代甘作犧牲。教會期盼及祈求上帝國的實現。我們竭力維護上帝賜人的尊嚴與自由，守護生命，在社會體現平等、公義、互愛的上帝國度。
